The restaurant Ponente the welcomes guests of Aura Relais in the mornings with a Continental breakfast, a buffet offering the best quality local products.
Dinner is served after booking from 7.30pm in a reserved and intimate atmosphere with dishes proposed by the Chef Danilo Mariotti and his trusted squad.
The choice of seasonal foods range from an ‘à la carte’ menu, a ‘Tasting’ menu giving the possibility of 5 courses chosen between Appetizers, First and Second courses.
All the dishes adhere to the principles of the Chef to maintain a constant and strict contact with nature; to not alter the authentic taste but to enhance them with recipes that come from our traditions and the knowledge of the farmers to create dishes which are bold but respectful of tradition.
From the 22nd January the restaurant Ponente will be open for Sunday lunch to enhance the taste of our dishes, the unforgettable views and panorama and the best light of day.
